Preliminary Assessment
Editor evaluates the uploaded articles as follows:
1. Purpose and scope, compliance with the book writing rules and template: If not, it is sent back to the author. The author corrects it, adapts it to the rules and template, uploads it back to the system.
2. Documents: If the required documents are missing when uploading the text of the book, the missing documents are requested to be sent to editor@rumeliya.com. The referee evaluation cannot be started before the documents are completed.
If the editor finds the submitted text in accordance with the rules, he directs it to the editor. The editor consults with the field editor. If the field editor finds it appropriate, the article is sent to the referees.
